More continuity GP's in long term illness.
Less stress during appointments.
GP's to look at me instead of computer screen (some do I must admit).
Tell me what you are doing and why (observation, tests).

The receptionist are very helpful, polite and friendly.
The doctor was excellent, answered all questions clearly. I left the surgery very happy with everything.
I have been at this surgery all my life (80 years) and have always been happy with the care and attention I have received.
The patients attitude is important too!
